The New Scottish Housing Charter Tenants talking to Tenants If you are a tenant the new Scottish Housing Charter will affect you. The Scottish Government are giving you a unique opportunity to decide what you want to be in this charter. BEEM are organising a conference to allow you to have your say; On; Monday 15th November, 2010, 11.00am to 2.00pm at Thistle House, Haymarket, Edinburgh.
