  1. What information do we collect?

We collect two kinds of information from visitors to this site: Contact personal details and site usage information from cookies.

  1. Personal details for enquiries

If you send us an email enquiry, the information we collect is your name, email address and message. These details will be used to direct and respond to your enquiry. If you contact us asking for information we may need to contact another government department to find out that information and pass your details to them to respond.

A copy of this information is kept securely by the Tenant Priorities Team who administer this website on behalf of the Regional Networks membership. We may keep a record of the response for up to 6 months.

Site usage information – Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information sent by a web server to a web browser, which enables the server to collect information from the web browser. We use cookies for a number of purposes, including site usage analytics and for user sessions. For more information about cookies visit: (link is external).

The Regional Networks website uses Google Analytics to put together cookie information from all our visitors, which we use to inform changes to the layout of the site and to the information on it, based on the way that visitors move around it. Cookies do not contain any personal information but may record the IP address and type of web browser and operating system used during a visit to the website.

If this privacy policy changes in any way, we will place an updated version on this page. This policy was updated in line with GDPR requirements on 25 May 2018.
